Getting started
What is Re.Wellness?
Re.Wellness is a personalized wellness practice focused on helping you feel, look, and live your best. We take the time to understand your health, your goals, and what matters to you so we can create a plan that makes sense for you.
What makes Re.Wellness different?
We believe good wellness care starts with a relationship. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we get to know you, look at the bigger picture, and develop recommendations around your individual needs and goals.
Personalized wellness where relationship matters.
How do I know where to start?
You don't have to know exactly what you need before you come in. That's part of what we're here for.
Start by telling us what you'd like to improve—whether that's energy, weight, hormones, skin, recovery, confidence, or simply feeling more like yourself. We'll help you determine the most appropriate next steps.
What happens at my first appointment?
Your first visit is about getting to know you. We'll discuss your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, goals, and any previous treatments or laboratory results that may be relevant.
Depending on the reason for your visit, we may recommend laboratory testing or additional evaluation before developing your personalized plan.
Do I need to become a member?
No. Re.Wellness offers both individual services and ongoing wellness care. If ongoing support would be beneficial, we'll explain the available options so you can decide what works best for you.

Hormone Optimization - Weight Management
Do you treat both men and women?
Yes. We provide personalized wellness care for adult men and women, including hormone optimization, metabolic health, weight management, laboratory evaluation, and other wellness concerns.
Do you require labs before starting hormone therapy?
Laboratory testing is an important part of evaluating hormone-related concerns. Your symptoms, health history, medications, goals, and laboratory results are considered together before treatment recommendations are made.
Is hormone optimization only for menopause or low testosterone?
No. Hormonal changes can occur at different stages of adulthood and may affect people differently. We evaluate the whole picture rather than treating a laboratory number alone.
What weight-management options do you offer?
Our approach focuses on more than the number on the scale. We consider metabolic health, nutrition, activity, body composition, medical history, laboratory findings, and your individual goals.
When appropriate, medication may be incorporated into a broader weight-management plan.
Can I have labs done even if I'm not sure what treatment I need?
Absolutely. Laboratory testing can provide valuable insight into your health and help guide the conversation about what—if anything—needs attention.

Peptide Therapy - IV Nutrition
What is peptide therapy?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signaling molecules within the body. Different peptides have different functions and potential applications.
Because peptide therapies vary considerably in their evidence, regulatory status, and appropriate use, we discuss the potential benefits, limitations, alternatives, and risks before deciding whether a particular therapy is appropriate for you.
Is peptide therapy right for everyone?
No. Peptide therapy is individualized and isn't appropriate for every person or every goal. Your health history, medications, laboratory findings, goals, available evidence, and the specific peptide being considered all matter.
What is IV nutrition?
IV nutrition delivers fluids and selected nutrients directly into the bloodstream through an intravenous infusion. Formulations may include vitamins, minerals, amino acids, or other ingredients depending on your individual needs and the treatment selected.
How do I know which IV is right for me?
You don't need to choose an IV based on a menu alone. We can discuss your goals, health history, and any relevant clinical considerations to help determine an appropriate option.
How long does an IV appointment take?
Treatment time varies depending on the formulation and individual circumstances. We'll let you know what to expect when your infusion is scheduled.

Aesthetics - Esthetician Services
What aesthetic treatments do you offer?
We offer aesthetic services designed to enhance rather than change your natural appearance. Your consultation focuses on what bothers you, the result you're hoping for, and which treatment options may—or may not—be appropriate.
Will I still look like myself?
That's the goal.
Our aesthetic philosophy is centered on natural, thoughtful results. We want you to look refreshed and confident—not like a different person.
What's the difference between aesthetic and esthetician services?
Medical aesthetic services address concerns using treatments performed by appropriately licensed medical professionals.
Esthetician services focus more on skin health, skincare, maintenance, and the overall experience of caring for your skin.
The two can complement each other, and we'll help you determine which approach best fits your goals.
Do I need a consultation before treatment?
Some treatments require or benefit from a consultation first. This gives us an opportunity to understand your goals, review relevant health information, answer questions, and make sure the treatment is appropriate for you.

Appointments & Ongoing Care
How often will I need follow-up appointments?
It depends on your treatment and goals. Some services are occasional, while hormone optimization, weight management, and other ongoing therapies require regular monitoring and follow-up.
We'll explain the recommended schedule as part of your care plan.
Can my treatment plan change over time?
Yes—and we expect it to.
Your needs, goals, symptoms, laboratory results, and response to treatment can change. Ongoing care allows us to reassess and adjust your plan rather than assuming what worked initially will always be what you need.
Does Re.Wellness replace my primary care provider?
No. Re.Wellness complements, but does not replace, comprehensive primary care. We encourage our patients to maintain an established relationship with a primary care provider and other specialists when appropriate.
Do you accept insurance?
Re.Wellness is an affordable cash-pay practice. We do accept HSA/FSA.
Where are you located?
Re.Wellness is located off 64th street and Bell Rd. in Scottsdale. Parking is available.
