My Re. Story
Re.Wellness began long before it had a name.
Early in my nursing career, a medical mission trip to Uganda changed the way I viewed opportunity, education, and service. It inspired me to continue my education, eventually earning my Doctor of Nursing Practice, and shaped a career devoted to caring for others—from intensive care to advanced practice in Neurosurgery.
Years later, becoming a mother changed my perspective again. I began to understand how easy it is to spend so much time caring for everyone else that we lose sight of our own health and well-being. I wanted to practice medicine differently—with more time to listen, more focus on prevention and education, and relationships that extended beyond treating a diagnosis.
That vision became Re.Wellness.
Re. represents something different for each of us: renew, restore, reconnect, reclaim, reset. There is no single path to wellness, because there is no single version of what feeling well means.
My hope is that Re.Wellness is more than a wellness clinic. I want it to be a place where you feel known, cared for, and empowered to take an active role in your health.
My story led me here.
Now, it’s time to Choose Your Re.
